Reverend Manikka Bowman is a philanthropic professional, ordained clergywoman and political activist. Her career path has allowed her to work in 14 countries as well as work with large philanthropic institutions such as the Barr Foundation and the WK Kellogg Foundation. Reverend Bowman has also worked on a number of political, ballot initiatives and workers rights campaigns. Rev. Bowman is a graduate of Bethune-Cookman University, has a Masters in Divinity from Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia and a Masters in Urban Policy Studies with a specialization in Social Policy from Georgia State University.
