Rebecca Woodworth Brodie

Rebecca is a founding partner and Director of the Massachusetts Litigation and Mediation Collaborative at Brodie & Brodie.  Brodie & Brodie(www.BrodieandBrodie.com), a self described social law firm that provides free and low cost legal services, often to those who do not qualify for legal aid. The firm has three (3) offices and provides legal help in seven (7) Massachusetts counties.

A former legal aid attorney, Rebecca is dedicated to making justice more accessible. In 2008, Ms. Brodie was selected by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as an "Up and Coming" Attorney and was appointed to the Massachusetts Bar Association's Committee on Access to Justice.

In addition to her duties at Brodie & Brodie, Rebecca created and supervises a mentorship program for new attorneys, works extensively with the Framingham Project for Incarcerated Women, and performs reviews of foster care cases for the Department of Families and Children (formerly DSS).

The alumni President for Massachusetts Bay Community College where she served as a trustee from 2001 to 2008, Rebecca received her Associates Degree from Massachusetts Bay Community College, her BA in psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her JD from Suffolk University Law School.

Rebecca is married to Attorney Andrew J. Brodie III and is the proud mother of Sarah (14) and Andrew (4).
