Margot Barnet

Margot Barnet is an experienced public policy advocate, most notably in the area of environmental justice. She has served as president of the Worcester-based Regional Environmental Council from 2008-2010 and on the Board of Clean Water Action from 2006-2010.  Professionally Margot is a holistic chiropractor maintaining a solo practice in Worcester for almost twenty years. A former registered nurse, Margot led community support for the Saint Vincent Hospital nurses during their historic victorious strike in 2000.  Margot has worked extensively as a volunteer on many political campaigns, and she is currently a candidate for the Democratic nomination for State Representative in the 13^th Worcester district.
