Colby Dillon

Legislative Aide, State Sen. Spilka

Colby Dillon is a Legislative Aide to Massachusetts State Senator Karen Spilka. Colby graduated from Tufts University in 2008, with a double major in Political Science and Child Development. While attending Tufts, Colby interned for a year at The Home for Little Wanderers reviewing and analyzing legislation related to children and families. She also completed a Senior Honors Thesis titled "Juvenile Justice: Reviving a Failed System and Restoring Its Promise," which she presented at the Tufts University Undergraduate Research and Scholarship Symposium. Currently, she manages Senator Spilka's legislative and budget agenda regarding children, families and persons with disabilities. Colby is presently applying to law school and plans to pursue a career in public service.
