Puja Mehta

Puja Mehta is the District and Constituent Services Director for Senator Karen E. Spilka from 2^nd Middlesex and Norfolk, after serving as her law fellow.  She graduated from Loyola University in Chicago with a B.B.A. in Finance and was awarded the School of Business Leadership Award.  Puja was a law intern for the Illinois Cook County State’s Attorney Richard Devine’s office.  She served as Asian American Liaison, Grants Director and Internship Coordinator for U.S. Senator Richard J. Durbin in Chicago, Illinois, and subsequently, worked in the Senator’s Whip office in Washington, D.C.  She began law school at the University Of Maryland School Of Law as one of 30 Leadership Scholars and became a Women, Gender and Equality Program’s Rose Zetzer Fellow.  She completed her legal education at Boston University School of Law.
